Through this all-share merger, a new autonomous asset-light entity will combine the Hoxton, Gleneagles, Delano, SLS, Mondrian, SO/, Hyde, Mama Shelter, 25h, 21c Museum Hotels, Tribe, Jo&Joe, and Working From brands.
