• June 2022: Mohawk Industries Inc. acquired Vitromex, a Mexican ceramic tile manufacturer. This company has four manufacturing facilities across Mexico and a broad distribution network. Through the acquisition, Mohawk Industries Inc. increased its participation in the Mexican ceramic tile market with the help of the Virtomex brand.

• In November 2023 - ELIE SAAB partnered with RAK Ceramics and launched a bathroom and surface collection in downtown Dubai. ELIE SAAB is a Lebanese fashion designer, and in collaboration with RAK Ceramics, it launched five elegant collections of luxury ceramic tiles. This includes liquid metal, royal, glamour, travertine, and soft luxury.
• In August 2022 - Al Maha Ceramics announced the acquisition of a 45% stake in Al Hael Ceramics Company. Al Maha Ceramics is the largest manufacturer of ceramic tiles in Oman, and Al Hael Ceramics is Oman's largest manufacturer of tiles and porcelain.

• September 2023: Shaw Industries Group Inc. formed a strategic partnership with the Classen Group. Through this partnership, Shaw became the sole distributor of the company’s new commercial flooring products in North America.
