- December 2023: AB-InBev expanded its product portfolio in the United Kingdom with the launch of a new 4.5 percent ABV Italian-style lager, Via Roma, exclusively at the supermarket chain Sainsbury’s.
- June 2023: The Brewers Association expanded its product portfolio in the United Kingdom by launching six American craft breweries featuring 14 different beers, eight of which have been unavailable in the United Kingdom.
- April 2023: Heineken launched its Spanish lager brand Cruzcampo on draught into pubs and bars across the United Kingdom. As per the brand, Cruzcampo is brewed at Heineken’s “Royal Brewery” in Manchester, essentially making the beer a British beer but simply using its Spanish branding.
- March 2023: Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company launched Carlsberg 0.0 across the United Kingdom. According to the company’s claim, Carlsberg 0.0 has been specifically brewed as an alcohol-free beer, meaning it delivers everything beer drinkers expect from a well-balanced Pilsner – refreshing, with a crisp, hoppy bite – just crafted to contain zero alcohol.
- January 2023: Asahi Europe & International launched its alcohol-free beer, Asahi Super Dry 0.0% across the United Kingdom. The company states that the beer is available in bars and restaurants and sold individually and in multipacks.

- February 2024: Sokol Blosser Winery, a pioneering family-owned and operated winery, launched its first collection of aperitif wines. The two new wines are available in white and red. The Sokol Blosser Aperitif Wines (first edition) are priced at USD 25 per 375 ml bottle. The white is 16% ABV, and the red is 16.5% ABV. Both are available at the Sokol Blosser Tasting Room and online.

- January 2021: E&J Gallo Winery acquired five wineries and over 30 wine brands from Constellation Brands Inc. The acquired brands include Arbor Mist, Black Box, Clos du Bois, Estancia, Franciscan, Hogue, Manischewitz, Mark West, Ravenswood, Taylor, Vendange, and Wild Horse.

- March 2023: Eat the Change, a snack company, launched an extension of its ready-to-drink organic iced tea line, Just Ice Tea, in three new varieties: Mango White Tea, Original Black Tea, and Lemon Ginger Herbal Tea.
- November 2022: 8th Wonder Tea launched its line of organic sparkling teas containing real fruit juice, superfoods, and ancient ingredients on Amazon.
- September 2021: Serial beverage entrepreneur and brand architect, Lance Collins, launched mymuse organic. Mymuse is a line of organic immunity-supporting enhanced waters and teas that were developed at the height of the pandemic.
- July 2022: Mumbai-based Aquatein (Athlex Beverages Private Limited), India's first protein water brand launched three new products. Through its strategic offline partnerships, the brand is all set to roll out 1200 direct points of sales and also launch the brand internationally through strategic local partnerships in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
- April 2022: the United Kingdom's flavored protein water brand, Vieve, expanded its portfolio with the launch of a new range of vegan protein waters. The range is available in two flavors: Wild Cherry and Peach & Orange. The vegan beverages contain 10g of protein, zero sugar, and 50 calories per bottle.
- August 2021: Vita Coco's parent company All Market Inc. launched a new line of protein-infused waters called PWR LIFT. It is a line of zero-sugar flavored waters with 10 grams of whey protein per 16.9 oz PET bottle. All four flavors that are namely lemon-lime, orange mango, berry strawberry, and blueberry pomegranate contain 50 calories each and no added juice.
- June 2021: Chobani LLC launched new flavors (mixed berry and strawberry) of zero-sugar yogurt in the market. As per the company's claim, the product launch and innovation strategy is to offer consumers sugar-free products to target diabetic patients. As a result, it will enable the company to expand its business and helps to enlarge its product portfolio.
- December 2020: MB Plc, one of the leading dairy processors in the country trading under the name Family Milk installed an automatic UHT milk processing plant in Addis Ababa. The new plant, having a processing capacity of 40,000 litres per day enables the dairy processor to produce the long-life milk with up to six months shelf life.
- December 2022: Bush Brothers, a US-based canned food manufacturer, acquired Westbrae Natural from Hain Celestial. Westbrae Natural produces a range of products, including soups, cookies, canned beans, and non-dairy beverages.
- May 2021: Fami Soymilk extended its product portfolio in China and Japan. The Fami soymilk product line of Vietnam Soymilk Corporation, Vinasoy, was officially launched in supermarkets in both countries.
- August 2020: Vitasoy International Holdings Limited introduced a series of new products in Guangzhou, China, to cater to the increasing demand for high-end health drinks on the mainland. The Vitasoy health plus series uses micro-level grinding technology and provides soy goodness with high-quality plant protein, calcium, and dietary fiber.
- In November 2022, Numi Organic Tea launched a roasted Japanese green tea line featuring small-batched processed and custom-sized whole-leaf grade organic tea sourced from Japan.
- In October 2022, Luxmi Tea Company Private Ltd.. with estates in Assam, West Bengal, Tripura, and Rwanda, Africa launched 15 new variants of tea for consumers.
- In September 2022, Dabur made its entry in the tea market with the launch of Dabur Vedic Tea, a premium category black tea under the health supplements segment,
- Mar 2022: An artisan label based in the United Kingdom, "The Apiarist," announced that it expanded its signature collection of honey-infused spirits by introducing blended aged whiskey.
- Sept 2021: Pernod Ricard announced the acquisition of the UK-based "The Whiskey Exchange," one of the renowned spirits online and physical retailers and a reference. The Whiskey Exchange is an online drinks retailer with a catalog of around 10,000 products. The expansion would help the company penetrate the craft spirits market across Europe.
- Feb 2021: British Honey Company, a manufacturer of honey-infused spirits, acquired Union Distillers in Leicestershire. With the acquisition, British Honey Company planned to expand its product line, strengthen its market position, and grow its clientele to develop and grow a multi-category brand portfolio across many geographies with more access to the United Kingdom's off-trade market.
- In October 2022, Mineral Water Indaiá, a brand of Minalba Brasil, launched an exclusive edition in celebration of the World Cup, held this year in Qatar. The launch features a special design for the time, with a label designed with the colors of the Brazilian flag in two versions such as 500 ml sparkling water and 1.5 liters still water. The product was available from October to December.
- In August 2022, Crown Embalagens Metálicas da Amazônia S.A., a subsidiary of Crown Holdings, Inc. has partnered with Brazilian beverage producer Socorro Bebidas (Socorro) to expand its line of mineral water to include infinitely recyclable beverage cans. Acqussima is currently available in supermarkets throughout Brazil in Personnalité (natural mineral water) and Passion. Both are now available in 355ml (12oz) bottles.
- In May 2022, Compañía Cervecerías Unidas (CCU), a Chilean producer of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages announced a strategic alliance with Danone S.A. The strategic alliance provides for CCU Argentina to acquire " a significant minority interest" in Aguas Danon de Argentina. It allows both companies to enrich their beverage offerings and strengthen their operations in the South American country.
