In February 2022, Berlin based construction technology company Flexcavo increases its capital by USD 8 million for its construction machinery fleet. In addition, planned capital will initially go for procuring newly constructed rental park in Maisach, Munich. Furthermore, with over 150 new construction machinery and equipment has already been planned by manufacturers JCB and Wacker Neuson for approximately 4,500 square metre site.
In january 2022, CanLift Equipment Ltd. has expanded its product line for construction machinery equpement under a stratgeic partnership with leading construction manufacturer Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd to elevate the sales right of earthmoving equipement in Ontario. Further, this partnership shall open avenues for new relationships within the construction machinery industry.

In addition, Itochu will buy Hitachi's stake for 3,300 yen a share with Japan Industrial Partners. Furthermore, Hitachi currently owns a 51.5% stake in the construction machinery fleet.
In March 2021, Hitachi introduced the ZW220-7, Stage V-compliant wheel loader. With an operating weight of 18,190-19,450kg and a net power of 157kW (210hp), the ZW220-7 has a heaped bucket capacity (ISO) of 2.8-10.0 cubic meters.

In January 2021, Caterpillar launched three new large excavators for the European, Asian, and African markets, with two ultra high definition demolition (UHD) machines. The large excavators are the Cat 352, 374, and 395, weighing in at 50 metric ton, 72 metric ton, and 94 metric ton, respectively.

Jiangzhong has also purchased a Westomat 3100 from StrikoWestofen to integrate seamlessly with the machine.
- In September 2021, Hanon Systems announced the two site inaugurations in Hungary - a new greenfield production facility in Pécs and a building expansion in Rétság. Located in Baranya County, the new plant in Pécs increases production capacity for fluid transport products. The facility provides 22,464 square meters of manufacturing space and accommodates equipment, including forming, brazing, welding and bending, assembly lines, and testing for automotive air conditioning (A/C) lines. The building is equipped with modern machinery for horizontal die casting.

- September 2022: Mahle GmbH (Mahle) unveiled its CO2-neutral powertrain technologies for commercial vehicles during the IAA Transportation event in Hanover, Germany. The presentation included the introduction of a novel power cell unit that comprises pistons, piston rings, conrods, pins, a cylinder liner, and a high-pressure impactor designed for crankcase flushing.

- February 2022: Tenneco Inc. disclosed plans for a merger with Pegasus Merger Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pegasus Holdings III LLC. This merger was intended to increase Tenneco Inc.'s ownership stake in Federal-Mogul India, a company specializing in the production of cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, and various other products. Following the merger of Pegasus Merger Co. and Tenneco Inc., Pegasus Holdings announced that it would hold a 74.98% stake in Federal-Mogul India.
- January 2023: DANA Cardanes opened a new USD 21 million plant in Querétaro, Mexico, with a production line to make Toyota components. The first production line, which already began with 110 employees, was expected to be joined by two more lines later in 2023 for a total annual production of 545,000 units with 300 employees. Alejandro Sánchez Alvarado, Operations Director at DANA Cardanes, explained that three production lines are being installed in the new 917-square-meter facility, where Cardan shafts (drive shafts) will be manufactured for use in Toyota trucks.

- April 2023: At Auto Shanghai 2023, Lexus celebrated the world premiere of the all-new Lexus LM. - May 2024: Volkswagen AG’s Audi and China’s SAIC Motor Corp. Ltd partnered to work on a new vehicle platform and three new pure electric models to launch in the Chinese market. The three BEV models will cover B and C segments to focus on China’s fast-growing electric vehicle market. These models are expected to be launched in 2025.
- April 2023: Modern Automotives became the first Indian company to receive approval for deliveries of Differential Pinion Shafts to BMW AG Munich for the electric powertrain. The order anticipates delivering 2.5 million units by 2034.
- July 2023: Mercedes-Benz introduced the all-new AMG performance version of its GLC SUV. The powertrain is designed and built in Germany at the Affalterbach plant.
- June 2023: Lucid Group Inc. announced a technology partnership with Aston Martin to provide Aston Martin with Lucid-engineered and manufactured electric powertrain technology to power future Aston Martin battery electric vehicles (BEV). It has an ultra-twin motor drive unit, battery technology, and the Wunderbox, Lucid Motors onboard charging unit. It will contribute to introducing the first pure electric Aston Martin model in 2025. Aston Martin's all-new in-house Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) platform will be built around access to Lucid's current and future powertrain and battery technology.
- March 2024: GN ESPACE entered the European motorhomes market. The company offers cookers, hobs, ovens, and stoves for RVs and motorhomes.
- November 2023: DER Touristik launched a new Internet Booking Engine for motorhome travel. It is called the camperboerse.com. The booking engine was developed by ISO Travel Solutions GmbH.
- September 2023: Swift announced the addition of a new model, Ascari 384, into its Ascari motorhome fleet. Ascari 384 is a three-berth model with raised fixed twin beds at the rear, or a double bed can be made with the optional Duvalay infill cushion. The new model also offers external amenities, including a BBQ point, a cold water shower point, and a 240V socket.
- May 2024: Volvo Group and Daimler Truck collaborated to digitally transform heavy-duty commercial vehicles using software-defined technology. They are establishing a joint venture to create a unified software-defined vehicle platform and a specialized truck operating system for the next generation of commercial vehicles.
- May 2024: Isuzu Motors Limited collaborated with Gatik AI Inc. in California to advance the growth of autonomous driving technology in North America. As part of the collaboration, Isuzu is making a substantial investment of USD 30 million in Gatik. This investment aims to establish a robust partnership between the two companies as they work toward developing mobility services centered on level 4 autonomous driving technology.
- April 2024: DAF Trucks launched PACCAR Connect, an advanced online fleet management platform that offers convenient access and seamless integration with existing third-party software. With every new DAF XB, XD, XF, XG, and XG+ model, 10 years of PACCAR Connect is now a standard feature.
- December 2023: The US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and IDB Invest announced that they were co-investing a combined USD 23 million in equity in micro-mobility platform Tembici to support the expansion of bicycle-sharing services in Latin America.
- March 2023: MYBYK launched two electric bicycle variants, named MYBYK Electric and MYBYK Electric Cargo. The MYBYK Electric model caters to both citizens and tourists, offering a solution for convenient first and last-mile connectivity. The MYBYK Electric Cargo model aims to address the last-mile delivery challenges faced by gig workers.
- March 2023: Brighton and Hove announced plans to launch a bike-sharing scheme with Beryl. About 75 e-bikes and 19 parking bays will be made available to the general public across the Bright and Hove areas.
- August 2023: BRP Inc. extended Can-Am's side-by-side lineup by introducing four new models for the 2024 model year. The new models include the Maverick X rcTurbo RR, Commander MAX X mr1000R, Commander MAX XT 700, and four-seat versions. The Maverick X3 RS Turbo has been introduced as the most affordable mid-hp 72" side-by-side in the Maverick lineup.
- August 2023: Polaris Inc. debuted its latest invention during the 2023 Summer Polaris Dealer Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee. The Polaris RANGER XD 1500 is the industry's first utility side-by-side featuring a 1500 cc 3-cylinder engine for increased power and Punch Powertrain's cutting-edge CVT technology to make difficult work simpler and last longer.

- July 2023: Honda North Carolina Manufacturing (NCM) added a new Four Trax Rancher all-terrain vehicle (ATV) to its inventory. NCM will be the only North American production source for Honda ATVs and will manufacture Honda Four Trax and TRX series ATVs.
