  • November 2024: Al Basateen, a subsidiary of Alshegrey Group, and Riyad Capital, a prominent asset manager in Saudi Arabia, have unveiled a real estate fund surpassing 2 billion Saudi riyals (USD 533 million). This fund is earmarked for the development of 'Kings Square,' a mixed-use project in Riyadh, marking a significant advancement in the office space real estate market. Spanning over 240,000 square meters, the project will feature 12 interconnected towers, each linked by beautifully landscaped courtyards. Renowned architectural firm OMA has crafted the design, which promises a diverse range of residential, commercial, and office spaces.
