  • China's industrial production has grown continuously in recent years and is expected to give rise to new projects and industrial expansion, which could boost demand for induction motors. According to stats published by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, in 2023, China's value-added industrial output increased by about 4.6%compared to the previous year.
  • Moreover, automobile manufacturers are focusing on investing in China, which is expected to boost the demand for induction motors during the forecast period. For instance, in July 2023, Volkswagen announced it would invest USD 700 million in Chinese EV maker Xpeng to boost sluggish sales.
